I have installed a dell 922 print and for some unknown reason it is only recognising the lpt printer port and it is contected via usb - help how to you get it changed.

with usb ... it's always

install the drivers .... connect the device
NEVER
connect he device first.

uninstall/remove what's there now .... start again
