Sunday lunch time. Nothing to do. Chilling out in front of the Olympics with a Pimms, and scoffing an avocado.

Avocado ... it's a bit like eating soap.

Have u seasoned the avocade with shot of lemon.....my favorite. Avocado has huge health benefits....u can google.

Butter some brown bread, smoked salmon on top, garnished with pickled fish eggs, with ur avocado, Danish open sandwich.

I went for a more simple recipe ...

1. Take 2 avocados

2. Cut them in half

3. Eat them with a teaspoon

4. ... with some Pimms.

There's a lot of oil in avocados.......2 too often will be quite fattening. U better run it off.
