Any one any ideas as to where i can find photographs of clinical scenarios i.e docs and nuses with patients? that are not copyright??

Have a look at Stock.Xchng at http://www.sxc.hu - there are a fair few medical photos in there, which are not copyrighted for non-commerical use

law of copyright only lasts for a limited time (50 years I think) so some really old photos would not be copyrighted

Try a google image search. Go to http://www.google.com and key in your words and then click on the word "images" above.

RevShirls - most of the images found on Google Image Search are copyrighted... make sure you check with the owner of the site you find them on before you reproduce them!
