Has anyone had the vouchers through the post recently to recommend a friend?

Just trying to work out if this is for new recomendations or whether its a continuation of the application for their free sky+ (we recommended a friend 2 months ago and are still waiting (despite many calls) the letter saying we can have our sky+

just to add, our friend had their sky+ installed 6 weeks ago now.
