How do I get into Dolphin work, eg, training them, as you see in dolphin parks abroad, or any sort of research with them.......

anyway it is a serious question if anyone can help! lol
I don't think there are any dolphins in captivity in the UK.
For research work or to work with captive dolphins I'd guess you'd need a degree in a relevant subject, such as Zoology or Marine Biology.

I personally don't agree with keeping them in captivity but I won't give a lecture.

How about working as a deck hand on one of the many boats that take tourists out to see dolphins in the wild?
eeeh..eeeehhhhh...eh...eehhhhh.eehhhhh.....ehhhh..click...click..eeehhhh.
that's a handy one to remember,on your first day tell the dolphins this to gain their respect.
ps. it translates as " if you don't do tricks when i tell you..i'm gonna stick my finger right in yer blowhole"!

thanks mrs overall, Ive looked at numerous volunteer projects, all abroad mostly south africa. but the majority of them are helping on the boats, and no working with dolphins, just seeing them from the boat. id really like to help out with them.
I hear what you're saying but I think you'll find the dolphin parks are swamped with graduates wanting the same thing.
Good luck anyway.
it depends wher abouts you live
