I've got a date tonight

My landlady has set me up with a friend of her friends. He's already been on a date with my 31 year old housemate but they are just friends and don't want more.
I texted this chap and asked for a photo but his phone wasn't receiving or sending pics so we just chatted for a bit and then he said do you want to meet up and I thought why not, but now I'm slightly regretting it.
I just feel negative about it already and don't want him to sense that. He is 30 or 31 and I am 21 on 30th August so 10 year age gap (I've had a bigger age gap than that) but I think I need someone who is about 5 years older than me. Having said that age is not all that matters if he's a nice guy adn he's a really loovely chap apparently but very shy hence why no gf/not married at the moment. Plus he is 6ft4 and I am only 5ft2 - he might be too tall do you think?
Plus as some of you know I have self-diagnosed myself with Social Anxiety so this is making me really nervous and I haven't a clue what I'm going to say to him.
