Getting into the u.s with a conviction...HELP!
I am travelling to philly next month for a family wedding.
Problem is, i need a tourist visa which i now don't have time to get, as i have a conviction for assault (not serious) when i was 16 which resulted in a 200 fine. (i'm now 23).
I also got done for driving uninsured in nov '07.
Is there any way i would get through immigration if i ticked "no" to criminal convictions on the greencard that you fill in on the plane?
