Reductil does have side effects. It can cause blood pressure to increase, disturb sleep patterns, cause mood swings, hot flushes, loss of concentration amongst others. Most of these effects do pass in a couple of weeks of use, but your blood pressure must be checked regularly.
I think Epherdrine is banned here and wouldn't reccommend it, as it does cause the heart to beat more rapidly and cause palpitations and shaking. I think people have died taking Ephedrine.

Well I am completely confused....sweet tooth is talking about ephedrine and velvetee is talking about reductil.
So that we are singing from the same hymn book, EPHEDRINE and reductil (SUBUTRAMINE) are two different drugs, so this is rather a confused thread. I would not reccommend either in the management of obesity and to Velvetee, you will back to your pre treatment weight within six months. 8 pounds in 10days is unsustainable.

I've heard on good authority that taking a Tea Tree supplement daily not only acts as an anitoxident but also aids weight loss.I, of course googled it and there would appear to be a smidgeon of truth in it.Its a natural extract so shouldnt have the nasty side effects which prescibed drugs often have.Thats probably why I cant get it in my local Asda, its always temporarily out of stock. Always worth a try.
I remember pleading with my GP for Tenuate Dospan which had become illegal to prescribe,I wasnt for taking no for an answer.I had to though,I notice you can get it in the USA though.I had it once and it was brilliant. How come the forbidden 'fruits' are the best.
