If you were the law breaking type then you could download it using a P2P program like Limewire or Kazaa Lite.  I of course am totally against this practise and anyone that does such a thing is, in my opinion, in need of a jolly good spanking.

P.S. get Football Manager 2005.  It is made by the creators of the Champ Man series and is more up to date than CM 03-04.
