The bible doesn't mention Cain's wife by name.
The probably truthful answer is that women were not really deemed important enough to mention in Biblical times, so her name is lost to us. If you read the bible you'll see loads of pages of "begats" but they never mention the women - presumably in those days men did the childbearing? I think not!
The Talmud says that Cain and Abel were both born with twin sisters, who married the other brother. The source is Rasgi - Genesis 4:1.
