I know the name Scorpion Island in the BBC show "Escape from Scorpion Island" is fictitious, but does anybody know which island (or where) the show was filmed? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Dont know the name of the Island but its just off Brazil

The island is called Fernando de Noronha and it is just of the coast of Fatal in Brazil.
