Internet not connecting

I cannot connect to the internet - it says "Check modem or dial up connection"

If your modem is connected OK and there are no loose wires or connections then just delete your ISP program software and try re-installing it.

GO to Start , Accessories, Communications and New Communication wizard will guide you through the process
