my ex has been told he does not need to pay for our 11 year old daughter. would i be able to find out the reason why as they are not clear in their letter he also has had no contact for over 3 years

Who's sent it to him? The CSA? Have you rang them to ask why?

i have the letter and all they say is its information they cannot give out

ive been going through exactly the same with my ex, our children are 15 and 10, hes never even seen his ten year old and has always been on nil contributions from the csa!!!
hes never paid a penny for either of them.
