My ex is due has been charged with gaining access by use of violence, common assault on myself and criminal damage to my motor bike. He is due in court soon and from what I have been informed is likely to plead not guilty.

I wondered if anyone could tell me what sort of sentence he is likely to receive?

Thank you for your reply tet but I had assumed that if he was found not guilty then nothing would happen.

I was thinking more on the worse case scenario.
