By all means the homeless should be housed, but selfish antisocial behaviouir shouldn't be tolerated. With rights come responsibilities. I wouldn't want to live next to them if they made a lot of noise and left rubbish in the garden or the street. I consider myself a socialist, but antisocial behaviour is anti-socialist.
