Bad news for errant fathers

I read about the new body that replaces the CSA today and was glad to see that some of their powers will include:

Introduce powers to confiscate passports, driving licences, introduce curfews, and tagging of non paying non resident parents.
� Introduce a "name and shame" program, making public the details of non resident parents who have failed to pay maintenance.

It's about time! Imagine the embarassment of being named and shamed for not paying for your child! I do hope that it gets desired effect.

What do you think?

I dont really know what the arguments on here are about and am totally confused by the last two postings by mightylegend and leyenda_seit as they are almost word for word the same???

I popped back on to say to banjobabe that I contacted the CSA today and insisted on seeing someone about my claim. The man I talked to was dead helpful and I have an appointment to go see him next week and he said I could bring someone with me, he told me that even though my ex lives in Turkey there is something called 'REMO' that means that they can inforce a court order with member countries and Turkey is one of them! I am dead pleased that I asked about this and while I dont know exactly where he works in Turkey I do know the contractors he used to work for and the CSA man said that is a start.
