Error Message

Why when i now open up my picture viewing software an error message comes up after it loads saying:

"The Parameter Is Incorrect"

Does anybody know what this means and how to change it, I have to click OK 4 times for it to go away.

Thanks alot adydb but when i type this in a solution comes up to do with that appearing on the Internet, but it doesn't appear on the Internet, just on my picture viewing software. Thanks
