19d Two sporting honours for winger (7) BL??C?P
BLUECAP fits and i can see that a blue and a cap are sporting honours, but how does the winger fit in ?
(Still finding the cryptics a bit of a struggle, as you can see.)

It's all come clear now.
M'ladyalex, 'Bluecap' is another name for 'Blue tit' - 'winger' = bird
