You copy a few files into one folder and add a bit of text to another folder and that's it.
http://flyawaysimulation.com definitely has a Ryanair paintjob as I've downloaded from there before. There's also some Easyjet skins for the 737-800 which isn't technically correct as Easyjet don't fly the 737-800, they fly the 737-700 and the Airbus A319 Saying that you'd be hard pushed to tell the difference between a 700 and an 800 unless you're a real plane geek.
