hi im a 26 yrs old man i was living in a private let with no tenacy agreement just a letter to get dss payed the 2nd wk ma landlord threated me sayin if mucked him about he would kill me so i got peed af so never gave him his 2nd moth rent then i got phone calls at mid nite saying wheres the money he said if didnt have it i was dead then a last wk i new sum 1 was follow n me so yesterday i was at a shop 4 my friend and i saw landlord he stole ma phones ma walet and car keys and broke into flat iv contaced police but i dont no wat to do i fell help less plz help

Why didn't you pay the 2nd months rent? This bloke sounds like a nasty piece of work so report him to the Polie and find yourself a new flat ASAP! Have you got any friends you could stay with for a short while?

Call the police immediately. Even if you owed this "person" (And I'm using the term losely!) money, it doesn't give him the right to threaten your life, assault you, steal from you, and break into your place! If you were in a shop, you're bound to have witnesses too. Don't let this go, who knows what this sort of person will do next?
