What will he get?
there was an incident which happened this time last year where a guy was charged with section 5 of the public order act. he continued to plead not guilty even though i had an independent witness.
it has been due to go to court twice first time he didnt turn up and second time i couldnt go as i had just given birth,
i then received a new court date where i would have to go and give my statement and also the independant witness would have to go too, then last week i recieved a call sayin that the guy had now changed his plea to guilty so i no longer have to go.
what could be the possible outcome of this case, what will he get? will he get made to pay court costs etc?
thanks in advance
