I have just received my licence back, after a medical condition, which had no result. on getting my licence returned i notice that several of my entitlements have dissapeared ( i have been driving since 1962.) However
I was only given B BE and not my originals. I am informed by DVLA that this is a EU law which came in, in 2006. Is this true and can someone tell me the said law and paragraph relating to this

You cant drive a lorry, nor pull a big trailer.....and perhaps, like me, ride a motor bike, which I used to be able to do on my original licence. SPIT!
Before you send your licence to DVLA for any reason you must take a photo copy of it then you can prove what groups should be on your licence.

The DVLA are always making mistakes and loosing or deleting data.

A lot of experienced long time MC riders have had to retake their test again.
my brother sent his hgv 3 licence to dvla for renewal
it then was returned to him upgraded to hgv 1
hows that for a mistake

p.s he asked a driving instructor about it and he said he had a legal upgrade document

Blimey!
That's not even just a bigger lorry, it is adding trailers.
