what was the prog the wilkins the fly on the wall prog my partner always goes on about it but as im 22 and he is 45 i have know idea what this was can any1 enlighten me on this my family say it was about a family of underclass can i get it on video? cheers keirah minx

keirah it was simply called 'The Family' about a large family from Reading in the early 70s.  They were filmed for quite a number of months, even years and updated in the 80s-90s.  It was fairly groundbreaking as it was said to be one of the first fly-on-the-wallers.  Full of some lovely flares too.

keirah, think of all the eastenders plots there have ever been, combine them and that was the situation with this particular family.  Anything less would have been boring television.
