Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am thinking about handing in my notice as my job just isn't working out for me, could anyone tell me what sort of notice period I would have to give? I haven't signed a contract with my current employers and I am still on a trial period with them. I am paid monthly if this has an significance, thanks.

Well if there's nothing in a contract the general rule of thumb is one week if paid weekly and one month if paid monthly.
