Can anyone recommend me a world-wide College/university in USA where is possible to study international/adventure tourism & hospitality management?

Assuming you are in UK, I really don't understand why you would want to do this - unless you are very wealthy.
There are plenty of good courses in the UK, and going to the US will involve you in significant extra costs that you are merely going to be saddled with paying back. If you want to go to the US, go on a holiday during the vacations. The only exception to this are the internationally renown institutions such as Harvard, Princetown and the like. But one doesn't generally go there to study international tourism. Nothing against the course - but it's horses for courses (so to speak).
