I am having problems with dvd shrink

I used dvd shrink a few times now but this time i have tried to put open disk and it analyses dvd to about 10 % then i get an error message saying...

DATA ERROR (cyclick redundancy check)
Can any one exsplain this to me please because i havent got a clue what it means and can it be changed.

Hi not sure but try uninstalling and installing it again maybe that sort the problem good luck x
