dogs names
I have just bought a puppy last week and the ex owner has not given it a name. What am i supposed to call it when it is feeding time or if it runs away in the park and needs a good telling off. Do you think the former owner was irresponsible not to give the poor pup a name.
PLEASE ADVISE.

Believe me you won't have to call it anything when feeding as it will be hungy. And as far as giving it a good telling off when it runs away, you SHOULD NOT allow a pup off the lead in the park until the pup is trained and has had the relevant injections and is older and knows its new name I will not comment on what you say about "Needs a good telling off", sounds like you do not deserve a puppy thinking that way already and so soon and NO the former owner was not irresponsibel, just NORMAL, as if he is a good breeder he will understand that MOST genuine dog owners get such amazing love out of giving their own puppies a name. If a woman had a baby would you expect it to be named before birth. Use your head please>>>>>>>>>>>
dear geldof and woodbine my daughter was born already with a name. on arriving at the hospital my wife told me this name, though where she got it from i have no idea. i can only assume that either the hospital or government gave her the name as she was wearing a wristband with her name already on it. what i cant understand is why i had to register the child at the registry office when it is obvious that they already knew her name.
