On some web sites, some of the advertisments specifically state the name of my Town/City.

How do they know where you live?

Your IP address can be narrowed down to a rough area, not normally any more precise than a town though.

What is a pron site?

It was on a link I clicked on in Answer Bank. I think it was a dating advert that popped up on the site.

I live in southern Ontario, and quite often I get advertisements on the right side of the screen pertaining to businesses in Toronto.

A pron site was a typo. It should have read porn site.

If you read the sentence in its context and simply swap the r and the o around you have PORN.

Sorry for any confusion caused. I appreciate it is sometimes hard in modern life to see the blatantly bleeding obvious, but hey ho.

The sentence was thus, I only get that on pron sites, so there was no context to enlighten anyone to your anagram of porn.

If you meant the whole of your answer, then I persume you were referring to your 3rd sentence.

i.e Big Busty Brenda is waiting for you in Edinburgh.

But then surely this is more befitting a contact/meeting type of site and not a porn site.

So before you accuse me of failing to see the blatantly bleeding obvious, perhaps YOU should take another look.
