Naming a baby
Myself and my partner aren't married and are trying to decide what to do for the best with our baby's surname. Our plan is to double barrel the 2 surnames on the birth certificate but as the names don't sound good together we then plan for the baby to just be known by one of the surnames.
My question is can anyone see any problems with doing this further down the line? Obviously the birth certificate and passport would have to have the 2 surnames but all other paperwork would just have one. I don't want to cause the baby any unnecessary problems as an adult. Thanks.

I'm really more interested in whether there would be any legal implications in not being known by the full name on your birth certificate?
