Going back 3-4 years ago i pulled my hamstring in my right leg playing football. Now going back the last 2 months i have started to fill my hamstring pull ever so lightly in my right leg again, and last week playing football i felt my hamstring pulling and going very tight again, i pulled up straight away so i did'nt pull my hamstring completely. Now i can fill my hamstring pulling very lightly every time i stretch or even walk, can anyone offer any advice on what i can do to resolve this problem.

You need to rest it and probably ask a doctor or physio about massage. I think that is the best way. When footballers get this injury that is how it is treated.

Your hamstring has tightened up after your injury (normal), and needs loosening up again. Learn how to stretch your hamstrings properly (do a search on google) and stretch your hamstrings whenever you remember to.... at least twice a day. It'll loosen up reasonably quickly.
