Are you talking about the "closed" ones you can see under the skin, but there's no real head to burst?

I have found that if you pinch, scratch or damage the skin enough to scab, leave for a couple of days, then remove the scab, the little globule may come out with it, or can then be squeezed out quite easily.

Sorry if this is a bit graphic, but it does often work!

If it's straightforward acne - go & look on Google where there is a wealth of information.

try holding your head over a big bowl of steaming hot water for about 10 minutes or so and put a towel over your head, (be sure not to burn your face) this will open up your pores and they should be pretty easy to squeeze out, then rinse off your face with cold water for a few minutes.
