cant seem to delete any contacts can someone please tell me how to do it with this phone, many thanks

Go into your phonebook, and select the contact you want to delete. On the bottom left hand side of the screen, bring up the menu that includes Edit, Send Message, Send Business Card, Make Voice Call, Save to Handset and Delete. You need to slide the menu up to find "Delete", though.

gina, along the front of the phone there is three buttons: the "C" (cancel) button and the two phones on either side. The one on the left is the "Answer" button and the one on the right is the "Cancel Call" and the "On/Off" button. Hold it down for a couple of seconds to turn it on.

P.S. The small button on the side of the button is to unlock the touch screen.

how do i get into my phone book!?

No problemo. On the main screen there should be four little boxes with symbols- it's the one on the far right. :)

got that but it wont slide down to the delete!

How are you doing it? Try sliding it the opposite way to way you're doing it now... It takes a while to get used to. I wouldn't bother with the little pen it comes with either.
