When's the last time someone bought you flowers?

For me it was two weeks ago - an old friend from North Yorkshire (where I used to live) visited and brought a lovely bunch. Very thoughtful of him.

About three years ago, my bloke won a huge flower arrangement in a WI raffle, which he brought home for me. That was the last time and I know he'd never buy flowers for me because he knows I don't approve of them.

He'd only entered the raffle because he wanted the third prize - a huge chocolate cake. The flowers were second prize.

Last September on my Birthday. It's a ****** when you have to wait a whole year for a bunch of flowers.
