Shock at work

This morning i was walking through the school where i work(a very posh private one) when the gardener jumped the fence, looked at me, then went into he trees and started to pee.He was full flow as i passed and looked over his shoulder and said "excuse me".Well, i couldn`t get my breath, what a blooming cheek. Anyway, i reported him.What would you have done?

HK, if I were you I'd definitely report him for kicking the dog. That is despicable.
