travel ins for COPD sufferers ?

I want to ake my 82 yr old Dad to spain for 5 days but he suffers with COPD, carries inhalers around and has oxygen machine at home. Does anyone know of any companies who would do travel insurance ? I have been surfing the net for hours but I would need to phone them and most of them are not open now. I thought someone may have managed to get it for themselves. Thanks
