Is it possible to receive medication by post from abroad? specifically a EU country.

I get emails every day offering me viagra and all sorts of other medicine from abroad.
You have no way of knowing if this is the genuine stuff, or just "fake" stuff made to look like the real thing but it is just asprin.
And dont think it is not worth them doing it, making fake goods is big business, often with crimnal backing, so dont be tempted into giving more money to these criminals.
