Child's Game / Raven
1 Answers
When I was little we played a trail type game where a string was tied between trees, a child was blindfolded and they had to follow the trail. They do something similar on the kid's programme Raven.
I would like to set up a similar sort of game for my child's birthday party but can't think how to make it competitive, with an ultimate winner, other than timing it and giving a prize to the fastest child.
Can anyone help improve on my ideas, and perhaps think of a better way of rewarding one or two "winner".
Thanks.

or bury some treasure then draw a map to it then tear the map into say 6 and put a piece on some of the trees they are following. Get the kids into groups of 2 or 3 (so each child has to find 2 or 3 pieces on their turn at following the trees) then once all groups have got the 6 pieces of map and stuck them together give them spades and watch as they dig up your garden.
