There's a few ways it can be getting in.....

If you have one, sunroof seal or drains.

Rubber door seals

Inner door membranes.

It can even get in through faults in the welded body seams.

Aerial seals.

To check the door seals, first give the rubber seals a visual check for any damage. If all looks well, lightly smear the contact area of the rubber seal with grease. Close the door and open again check that the rubber seal has made contact with the doorframe over the entire seals length, from the line deposit of grease on doorframe.

If there is an area showing no contact, examine the seal for wear/compression. You may need to replace it.

Dont forget to remove the grease from the doorframe and seal.

Certain models of car (I dont know whether this applies to your Audi), suffer a design fault in that should the air filter become blocked, drain holes within the air filter assembly can block and fill with rain water, eventually emptying within the cabin.
Hi, has the car had a new screen? that is one area, Open the bonnet look in the direction of the windscreen there is an area that had drain holes N/S +OFF/S check that the holes are clear.
