I Would start by designing your own site and try to display all your abilities each on a dfferent page keeping the home page clean and quick with explanations of any software needed to view different pages and tidy links to them but remember some people dont want to download software and some people cant you must cater for all browsers and produce something Original. Then trawl the net to see if any of your preffered local organisations groups or businesses have a web site find those that dont and offer them a constructed site of 1 - 3 pages free with a link to your site thier only cost is the hosting fees but make sure it is good and dont forget to write in some security code, so many free sites end up managed by Pro's where they have used all the hard work and reserch of a newbie for the basis with barely a thankyou. Its realy that simple if your good youll sucseed maybee not the first time but you will if you try and you match the right themes with the right products But above all you will need to be able to pull Ideas from clients and then show them what they were thinking of only better.Good Luck.
