The Council Tax will be the most expensive. To find out how much your annual bill will be, you should go to your local council's website, where it will be listed in bands. The lowest and cheapest band being A. Most people pay around 1000 upwards per year Council Tax for a house.
Gas, Electric and BT are paid quarterly, again depends how much of each you use. When I lived alone, in my one bedroom flat, my gas on average was 80 per quarter (higher in the winter months) Electric was about 60 and phone about 80. My water rates per year were about 170, but they allow you to pay this on a monthly basis. (10 installments, same with Council tax)
TV licence per month is about 11. If you have Sky TV then thats another 30-40 per month. On that basis, I would say, excluding your rent, food, mobile phone costs and entertainment. Your monthly outgoings on bills, would be about 200. Possibly more though.
Try to budget, allowing 15% more on any costs, so you don't get any nasty surprises.
