Hi, does anyone know if there's a programme, preferably freeware, that will scan my music folders and generate an album list, would be handy to have a hardcopy list to look at rather than having to scroll through my ipod looking for music i'd forgotten about(i currently own over a thousand cds - gets a little overwhelming!!) Thanks in advance - carlos

If you are using Windows you should have Windows Media Player which will put all your tracks in its library in order of your choosing - album, track and so on.

You can use this tool to export or print the library:
