I have lost grip on reality because of relationships or of that sort on the computer. its all over now. every thought is of it, its of jealousy, anger and pain sometimes. how do i block it out when it is every thought of every second? i want it to go away but i dont know how. i think about it all the time. the thoughts are heavy on my mind and soul.
Sounds like you need to talk it through with someone- a pal or a doctor or a counsellor. I would recommend a good mate. Go for a drink and get it off your chest.
