On channel M , the bins we have well ... we are supposed to put our house number and name on the bin ? my freind stated it could lead to elderly people being conned by someone knocking on the door and saying as an example " hello mrs smith " blah blah and being conned in some way because they may think the caller knows them personally , makes you think doesnt it ?

Hi Pat. What or where is Channel M ?? Anyway this bin obsession by councils is getting out of hand, it's all just another way to find a reason to fine people. Its a pity that the same energy isn't put into more serious matters. There are little men and women sat behind desks thinking up more stupid rules to extract every penny out of us.
Is it midlands tv ?

Set in a trailer park between dudley and the black country ?

I've been shredding some documents- old bank statements etc, it's a job i've been putting off for a while, so there's quite a lot. My recycling bag is full, so i phoned the council this afternoon to ask if they would take it with the newspapers etc if i left it in plastic bags. They said no, put it in the ordinary bin. I give up.
