Workplace Revenge

A new colleague has been overheard sneaking and grassing on her colleagues to senior management (who themselves are sneaky). Without revealing ones identification, anyone have any ideas how to either reveal that someone is aware what they are doing, or play an equally sneaky trick on them? I know its sad, but its Friday......

Sorry to sound so boring... but you mention it is a new member of staff. Chances are she was very eager to please the management and may have been coerced into thinking this was part of the 'cuture' of the company and perfectly normal. We've all been guilty of having a moan about work (usually about the management!) so I don't think you shoud treat her too harshly. Besides, you've still got to work with her. Maybe the management are doing the whole 'divide and conquer' routine. My old manager tried this with my colleague and I. But we rumbled what was going on, and then she got made redundant!
