Is there a clear good and free map of the solent, which includes stuff like water depth colour coded according to depth and where the tide goes out to, prohibited areas, shipping lanes etc.

knobby is from Basildon.

OMG OMG !!!!!! That's 4 of my permitted 5 answers until next Wednesday now used up. Mind you, it is worth it. Have you been to Basildon? What a tip. All chavs and bling and "chiz mate". And tattoos, and Corsas with blue lights flashing in the rear window, and pathetic red-painted rear DRUM brakes, just like a kiddies pram, ******* than a motorised supermarket trolley.
