There are tons of these services about. They're all OK and do their job fine, and can make their money from advertising on their website.
But just remember that you're uploading it to a public service. If you're not happy having your data in the public domain, don't put it there.
And if the service is still useful for you, encrypt your data with something like GPG before uploading. That way, it doesn't matter what you send, no-one but the recipient will be able to read it.
