Depends what you want. If you need a pc bit in a hurry and they are the closest store, they are fine.

I wouldn't want their 'technicians' inside my machine though
I agree with Ethel. They have the largest range of goods than other computer stores in most towns. I enjoy wandering around to see what is available. But I wouldn't ask them for advice.
Same with Comet and TVs. When I need to change my set I will go to Comet to see what's is available but I will then buy elsewhere - I have heard terrible accounts of their service standards.
I know that I've said this before but,......

I believe that Garry Glitter (Paul Gadd) was very impressed by the thoroughness of PC World�s examination of his laptop hard-dive.
