My Yepp broke when I dropped something heavy on the bag in which it was carried :( You should have USB cable for transferring information from your computer to the Yepp through an application that comes with the Yepp called Yepp Explorer... I think the model is now out of date but you might be able to source missing software/cables from Samsung- http://www.samsungelectronics.com/ Did you know that Yepp stands for - y: young e: energetic p: passionate p: personal
