The Stonehouse Hotel near St David's. Anglo-French family business. Egon Ronay cooking, homemade biccies and coffee in your manor room. Only about 8 rooms I think.

Fabulous and costs less than you'd expect.

Thanks for the suggestion.  However, because of the short time available, we needed a place actually on the Gower and so have made a reservation for a place in The Mumbles.
