What was this old arcade fighting game?
When I was a kid (early nineties) I played this arcade game in France. It was kind of like Final Fight but not quite as gritty. You had to fight all these bikers and such.Your character was a blonde guy in denim. And it was scrolling but I think it was mostly fighting biker gangs. I never saw it anywhere again, and I'd love to find out what it was ...

I thought of "Double Dragon" as well, there is a third Double Dragon and also "Super Double Dragon" on the Super Nintendo (classic game might I add!)
Could it be "Streets of Rage 2" made by SEGA perhaps? Though it wasn't an arcade game it's still in my opinion one of the best scroll beat 'em ups out there.
But possibly the best of all scroll fighting game and it's arcade only is Alien VS Predator and/or "Dungeons & Dragons" both made by Capcom. :)

I believe this one is called 'The Combatribes' made by Technos in 1990. It was a spin off from the Double Dragon series and the first level was a fight between you and the bike gang known as the Nuclear Warheads. I really enjoyed this full on 'In your face' fighting game. It is fully emulated in MAME.
Renegade ("Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun" in Japan) was also manufactured by Technos in 1986 and indeed it did have you fighting a biker gang on one of the later stages. As for the obscurity of Combatribes, I did see one machine at whitley bay seaside resort once, though it sported the "Winners don't do drugs" in attract mode, so it was probably shipped over from the US.
